Returns/Refund Policy

Eye Sauna Pty Ltd  have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email us at info@eyesauna.com.au to let us know that you wish to make a return. We will notify you to let you know if your request has been accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Postage costs associated with a product which has not been deemed faulty will be borne by the customer.
 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty Policy

Your Eye Sauna comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your device. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
